How to create and add contacts and vendors

Steps To Follow:

  • Create a vendor/organization
  • Create a contact and assign to a vendor
  • This includes same process for client ERP staff

If you see this when trying to create a contact and can't complete process, it is because you have not created a vendor/organization yet and can not assign the contact to a company.

Once a vendor/organization has been created, you can now complete creating the contact and assigning it to the organization they are a part of. 

If you want to add staff to the contacts section - simply create the Client ERP Company in the Vendor section and when you create a new contact you can assign the staff contacts to their company.
