What's Important

  • Every facility should have one
  • Who's responsible for having a pan in place - minimizing disruption during an emergency
  • A business continuity plan isn't just for the restoration and rebuild response. This can include several members of the client's staff; security, IT, HR, engineering, maintenance, finance, and more.

Your Approach

You are simply a restoration company (or account manager) who helps and assists local/regional facilities to be better prepared for a disaster.

Your solution for them (cloud based disaster plan), is something you are helping them with. We're (you the restoration company) not desperate for their work - keep an objective approach, not a desperation one. Does this facility want to be better prepared in the event of an emergency or not. If they do, how do they plan on accomplishing that? Would it be helpful if an expert (you the restoration company) assisted them in that process?
